Application Process:
If you are interested in being a vendor with us in 2024, complete and submit the fillable form application below to be considered. Please be very specific on your application if you have any special needs. Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Vendor Coordinator and committee. Upon final approval, you will receive an email with a confirmation, payment process, formal agreement in addition to Vendor Policies and Procedures. Full payment is due with return of signed agreement. Payment can be made via credit card or mailed check.
All vendors will be considered on a first come, first reserved basis. We do offer a no-compete clause within a specific brand only. Elbert County Fair reserves the right to limit vendors who sell similar items as well as select vendors who fit the criteria for the event. Elbert County Fair DOES NOT control, manage or regulate menus for food vendors; although we strive to ensure a well-rounded selection for fair attendees, we do not guarantee another food vendor won't be selling the same item that you are. We will accept vendor applications until we reach capacity, then there will be a waiting list.
Mercantile Vendors
The Mercantile is a unique fair shopping experience featuring local and hand selected businesses that offer clothing, jewelry, handmade items, foods, & unique gift items. Our dedicated Exhibit hall showcases all of our booths and brings many fair goers to shop throughout the busy weekend!
Food Vendors
Do you sell funnel cakes? Make the best bbq in the county? Are you a lemonade stand or a food truck? Hungry fair goers at the Elbert County Fair will be glad to have you open for business.
