PRICING

Outdoor Prepared Food Space for vendors with food trucks or tents to prepare food.
PROMO RATE $200.00- July 27th & 28th and JULY 30TH. August 4th (Monday July 29th will be a restock/prep day-no food served)
MID WEEK to WEEKEND RATE $275.00- July 31st- August 4th
PRIME WEEKEND ONLY RATE $325.00 –August 2nd -4th

CHECK-IN

Check in day will depend on the rate you selected. See information under your selected rate. Upon check-in, you will receive a vendor information packet that contains all information needed for the event. Early exits are not permitted; therefore a $75 check will be required upon check in as a retainer. *This will be returned to you upon check out. If the vendor chooses to leave earlier than the scheduled closing time for the show, the vendor surrenders the $75 retainer check. You will receive your approximate location for set up the week prior to the fair and your space will be labeled.

CHECK-OUT

Check out will be on August 4th starting at 4pm. Please do not break down before this. Early exits will not be permitted and subject to surrender of your $75 retainer check submitted at check-in. You will need to check out with vendor coordinator before departing. All trash should be disposed of in and around your space. You must be cleaned and checked out completely by 7 pm August 4th.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • If you have a food truck please bring alternate transportation to come to and from the grounds as once truck is in place it cannot be moved out
  • Food vendors will be given a space with electric hookup. 30 AMP 50AMP. Please bring your own converters
  • Water hook-ups are not available- there will be no exceptions will be made per county rules
  • Vendor is responsible for dumping all grey water- access on the fairgrounds for a fee- please coordinate with Elbert County Fairgrounds
  • Vendor is responsible for disposing of all trash and debris during week and at check-out
  • Once your truck, tent, trailer are set up it may not be moved out due to safety reasons in the midway
HEALTH PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:

All food vendors are required to possess or obtain a state approved food vendors’ license/permit (a DENVER City or County License is not acceptable). If you do not have one that is current, please contact Elbert County Health Department for the requirements :

All vendors must have a valid sales tax license or Special event sales tax license. All sales tax will be filed independently and filed under “special event sales tax” after the event. YOU will be responsible for filing your document for the special event.

  COMBINED SALES TAX -----------5.40%

Anyone making retail sales at one or more special sales events must obtain a special event license. A special sales event is an event where retail sales are made by more than three sellers at a location other than their normal business location(s) and that occurs no more than three times in any calendar year.

Retailers need to have a special event license when selling their products at a special event at another location. Special event licenses apply only to retail sales made at the special sales event by the seller to whom the license is issued. The license does not apply to sales made at the seller's regular business location or at any other location.

CANCELLATIONS:

No refunds will be given if cancelling on or after July 1st, 2024

Cancellation/Vendor No Show, Elbert County is not responsible for any consequences, monetary or otherwise, due to cancellation by vendor. Refunds will NOT be given for cancellations requested after July 1, 2024. If a vendor cancels prior to July 1, 2024, a full refund will be granted. If the vendor cancels after July 1, 2024 or fails to attend the Fair, no refund will be given.
